Font change in sent mail

Struggling with this one...

Outlook 2003. Compose and send an email. Randomly, receipients mail will
have the first line and a half with an increased size font (from 10 to 12).

I do not notice this problem (I can see the change in the sent folder) when
composing. I have played with the mail editor etc. It is not related to the
signature.
Any idea's?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am also have the same issue. It is completely random and could use
some ideas...
