Hi, this issue has been posted many times in this newsgroup, but I
still can't imagine that there is no solution or workaround for it.
We are using Exchange 2003 SP2 and Outlook 2003 SP0. The default font
in our company is Verdana 10pt HTML
Now, since a few weeks, we have a user who's emails change when he
clicks on SEND.
For example: he writes a message in Verdana 10pt HTML. On his screen,
everything looks fine. As soon as he clicks on SEND, the message
changes and some words / paragraphs change to Verdana 12pt. This is
randomly. Very often one sentence is 12pt and the rest is 10pt.
When the user checks his Sent-Items folder, the message is NOT ok. So
both the sent item and the received item have been changed in layout /
font.
User writes message: ----. ----------. -------------
Sent Email looks like: ----. ______. ------------
We are NOT using Word 2003 as email-editor.
Anyone who has any idea how to solve?
Thanks in advance
