Font changes when previewing page

When I PREVIEW a web page made in FP2002 the font changes to Times Roman no
matter what it is set for within the HTML.

I create and format the page font to be Arial and it appears to be good in
the Normal window, Then I preview in FP or IE and the font changes.

I have looked everywhere to find the cause, any ideas?
