Font Color Change from Email Rule

I used to have an email rule that changed the font color of messages in my
inbox if the message was only sent to me. I recently switched companies, and
with my new computer, I have not been able to find a rule setting that
allowed me to change the font color. I know this is possible, but just can't
find it. I'm using Outlook 2003.
