Font Color in My Documents lists

Hi, suddenly last week when I click on folders, the file names (most of them
or some of them, depending on folder) appear in BLUE font; they've always
been black. Why?

The operating system (if the option is set) colors COMPRESSED files
blue, and ENCRYPTED files green. It has nothing to do with MS Office.

Thanks Bob - so, how/where do I find the option (in tools, presumably) to
UNSET this coloring?

Tools, Folder Options, View, Show..............color.
