Font Color in Replies while using High Contrast

I have a user who like to use the High Contrast Option in Windows (extra
large font). This user would like to have the font in e-mail replies (in
Microsoft Outlook 2003) apper in a different color (blue).

Question:
Is there a way to use High Contrast (in Windows) and have the font in e-mail
replies appear in a different color?
