Please advise how to change the font colour in an excel
worksheet header?

Carol, I don't think you can change the font color in the header, you could
use the top row or rows of your sheet for the header, then go to File, Page
Setup, Sheet then select the Rows to repeat at top box and type $1:$2 for
example if you are using the first two rows.
