Font Colour not printing as chosen

Hi,
I am useing MS Office Proffesional Home Edition 2003. If I select red as a
font colour it prints blue. If I select blue as a font colour it prints red.
Why?

Printer driver?
Cartridges in the wrong slots?
Problem with your own eyes/color perception?
Do you have the color-reversal problem in any other programs? (try it with
Paint or something)
