font download (Gentium) won't install in Word

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel I downloaded the font Gentium 1.02 from this site: http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&item_id=Gentium_download_confirm

I need it for Tibetan scripts, and Gentium appears to be the only font that will do it on a Mac. (PC's have Times Extended Roman.)

So, I downloaded it, unzipped the file, and it's still not installed in my Word fonts menu. How do I get it in there?

Place the font file in your system Fonts folder, then reboot.

The PC fonts will also work, in OS 10.5
