Font in email replies

I've had several users aske me the following question:

When I reply to an email messge and the sender has used some crazy font, is
there a way for my replay to automatically use a font I specify? I really
don't like respondinf in their font.

Any suggestions? I've looked everywhere and went to Tools | Options | but
the options available didn't address this question.

Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format-> Stationery and Fonts...
Here you can specify the font that is being used on replies and forwards.
