font in office is too big

on Outlook and Word, the font size is so big on the menus, mostly the
options menu in Outlook, that you can't see all the wording, plus you can not
make the box any bigger. Also the fonts where one creates new e-mail is
huge. I tried all of the different font settings in Outlook and Windows XP,
but nothing helps. Larger than normal windows in office apps. the font is
cutting of the menu. Does anyone have any suggestions?

In Internet Explorer, click on View | Text Size, and change the
text size to something smaller.

Might adjust the menu settings in the display folder. Control panel, display
folder, appearance tab, advanced button, scroll down to menu, set the font size
to something smaller.
