Font is not right

I created a report in Access 2000, that I have used for years with no
problem. Recently I was given a new computer and it has WindowsXP and
Microsoft Office 2003 professional on it. It uses MS Access 2003. I
converted all of my reports to this new version but I am having some minor
annoying problems. One of the reports uses Aerial True Type font size 5. I
output this report with Snapshot. The report looks fine on my pc, both in
Access and In the Snapshot version. But some of my end users are having a
problem viewing the report where I use the Aerial 5. The printed words are
not legible. The rest of the report, using a larger font (but it is still
Aerial) looks fine. At least one of the users that is having the problem is
still using Windows 2000 and Office 2000.

Any idea what is causing this problem, and How do I fix it?

The only time I have seen that kind of problem is when the
font in question has not been installed on (or was removed
from) the other machine. In that case Windows substitutes
what it thinks is the font that most closely matches the
specified font.

I haven't seen it, but I suppose that a corrupted font might
do strange things and need to be reinstalled.

Ask the problem users to check their Quality/Resolution setting in their
Printer Driver and increase it if possible..

I think the font Ariel 5 became corrupt when I changed from Windows 2000 to
WindowsXP. The font selector showed it as Ariel~ indicating Windows may have
made a sunstitution. I was able to view the font but others saw it as blocky.
On my computer I have DPI set at 125% and resolution at 1280 X 1024. When
we reset my DPI to 100% (same as most other users) it was not readable for me
either.

I am changing the font to something a little larger (showing less detail on
the report), but my question now is: is there a standard font that would
work better?
