Font Issues

Todd

Hi Everyone. I hope someone can help me. The default font I use in Word is
Times New Roman 12. Today, for some reason, certain punctuation marks (such
as quotation marks and hyphens) have started overlapping with the first and
last letters of words. It's really quite annoying. I can't tell if this is a
program malfunction or if I accidentaly hit the wrong combination of keys to
initiate this. Any thoughts? Many thanks!

Check that you have the correct default printer driver selected. If you have
then maybe check that you are using the latest driver and delete and
reinstall the printer.

If it is still bad, it may be a corrupt template or document. Try running in
Safe Mode and see if the problem persists. From Start, Run, type in

winword /a

and press enter. Test with a new blank document now and see if the problem
has gone. Let us know the result for further advice.
