font missing

Microsoft Office 2001 does not show font I need. All other
programs have it in list. Font is in system folder and
also in Value Pack (Microsoft). I am working in OS9.
Please help!

Hi Karen,

Try this: Quit all Office applications. Go to System folder> Preferences>
Microsoft. Find the Office Font Cache (9) and trash it. Reopen Word.

Does that help? If not, post back and tell us which font it is and anything
else you can think of that might help diagnose the problem.
