Font not working- Kartika

In an earlier version of Publisher I created a document. When I try to open
the document using a newer version of Publisher- 2002, I get a message saying
it does not recognize the Kartika font. My fonts folder on my computer does
contain the Kartika file so I don't know what the problem is. Does anyone
have any advice?
