Font on nav button goes strange when hovered over

I have tried to figure out why the font gets "scrunched" and faded when I
hover over my horizontal navigation buttons and cannot. Would someone please
look at my site and see if you can tell me what is happening.

You are using a Theme with Nav bars buttons
Use Format Theme Modify/Customize Graphics
- select the nav bar buttons and the Font tab to adjust the font size to be the same for all states
Then Save as new Theme name and apply to all pages

Thanks Stefan. I had the font set up in the Horizontal Nav buttons but after
your reply I went and changed all the fonts of all the nav buttons to the
same size and that has solved my problem.
