Font out of place and wrong size in Powerpoint viewer 2003

The Powerpoint presentation (on CD) works properly on
computer at work, but at home with the same operating
system PPV 2003 and Windows xp the font is changed (type
and size)and out of place, sometimes even off screen. I
do not have Powerpoint, only Powerpoint viewer 97 & 2003.
The same problem occurs in both viewers. The thumbnail in
PPV 97 displays the proper place, size and style but when
I click "show" the presentation is as I described.

Bill,
Do you have the errant font installed on your home PC?

Have you tried saving the PowerPoint file with the fonts
embedded( at the Save-As dialog box)?? Your home computer
may be trying to find a crossover font for the one in the
file.
