Font problems

When I copy and paste a document into word and email it, the font changes to
one other than what I am using, such as I normally use Times New Roman and
the font changes to a different font when the receiver views the email. What
can I do to prevent this from constanly recurring?

Send the Word document as an attachment. Obviously your recipient has a
different font as default in their email program.
