Font Question

For some reason, my automatic font setting is stuck in small caps for
all e-mails that I send despite my settings, even if I click on the
box in effects. I can highlight the entire e-mail and change the font
for each individual e-mail I send before sending, but it will not let
me change it for regular set up. Also, if I don't change the font
before sending the e-mail, when people receive e-mails from me, their
responses appear in small caps, as well--despite their settings.
Any ideas?

Hi Diane,
I am having the same problem with my version of Outlook 2003
as well as the font sticking to small caps on creating a new email, my
Auto-correct feature is disabled.
Oddly enough, when i reply to someone else's message, the font and
auto-correct is fine.

If you had any success in solving this issue I would love to hear back from
you!!
