Client is running XP Pro spk 3 with Outlook 2003 spk 3.
Person A's font settings for new and message reply is set to 10pt Arial.
When they create a message it displays correctly but when Person's B, C and D
receive an email and replies back to the message the font in the original
message changes from Arial to Times New Roman even though their settings are
set to Arial and Verdana when replying to messages.
Person A's Outlook message format settings are configured like so...
1) Compose messages in HTML format
2) Not using Word as their email editor/reader
3) Composing and replying to messages, including plain text is set to Arial 10
If anyone has any ideas on this I'd love to hear them!
