I have a strange problem regarding font sizes when forwarding e-mail.
One of the users in a network with Office 2003 and Exchange 2003 receives a
newsletter from an external contact. It is in a HTML format and he forwards
the newsletter to a colleague internally.
When his colleague receives the newsletter, the font size has been changed
and is now so small that he is unable to read it.
I have checked all the common settings in both their Outlook clients and
have found no differences. Their default font type and size is the same, but
some how the font size was changed from 9 to 6,5.
Does anybody know what the problem might be? Is it something in Outlook or
could it be Exchange related.
Thanks.
