Font size changes

I made 30 pie charts on separate worksheets in a single
work book. On all charts, I used a 9-pt Arial font for the
data labels. On only two of the charts, the font size
changes (enlarges) in the print preview and on print outs.
How do I fix this?

Make sure that Auto scale is off:

Select the chart
Choose Format>Selected Chart Area
