Hi,
I've read through a bunch of posts, but it seems that most users tiny text
problem was due to their zoom setting. Our problem is a little different.
Just using one user as an example, she has sent messages to groups of
people, as well as individuals. The text for some of her messages is changing
*after* the messages are sent. The font size of the message being sent
appears correct prior to sending, and her copy of the message in her "Sent"
folder also appears correct. However, she started receiving responses from
people asking that she use a bigger font. They would respond to her message,
and the text within her original message that they received DOES appear much
smaller.
Can anyone point me in a direction to start looking for the problem? Do you
think this could be an Exchange server issue?
Thanks for any suggestions. Please let me know if you have any additional
questions. We are using Outlook 2007. Thanks, again!
