font size huge on original message when replying

When replying to or forwarding email messages, the original message font size
becomes HUGE!! This change is made automatically - there is no option that I
can find to fix this. The size of my font when replying is OK and has been
set by me under Tools-Options-Mail Format-Fonts.

Also, any idea about why my infrared port no longer works after loading SP"?

Scott, is word enabled as the email editor???

As for the IR, I am not very knowledgable in it, but have you given access
to it in the XP firewall SP2
