Font size in Contact Info Window

How/where do I change the font in the notes/miscellaneous
information area in the contact window? (I don't know
what else to call that area...it has no label, but it's
the large open box below where you enter name, address,
phone numbers, email address, etc.)

If it means anything, I am using Word as my email editor,
but I've checked all my styles in Word and none of them
use the font that appears in the notes area.
