font size in Contacts

I have a customer whose laptop blew up and he had to
reload Windows XP. I ran all critical updates and they
setup Outlook. She said everything works fine except that
the contact information is in a very small font. Does
anybody have any idea on how to change this? It is Outlook
2000. Thanks
