I recently switch from OE to Outlook 2002, and am having
touble getting the font size to increase for incoming
messages. Even though I've gone into the tools -mail
format menu and changed the font size for composing and
reading, most messages remain unchanged in 8 or 9pt font
size. It seems that OE offers more control of font size,
which seems odd?
Also, when I reply to messages most options from the
insert and format menu are grayed out, as are the
alignment tools such as align left, right, bullets etc,
while everything works fine with when compsoing new
messages. Anyone have an idea as to why these issues are
the way they are?
