Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I have a client that prints her messages, and when she does the printed version comes out with a much larger font size than what she has on her display. I've tried changing the "Printed items" settings, but the change does not affect the print out. Anybody know how to correct this?

Is there any chance that in Page Setup she has the scale greater than 100%?
If so reduce it. If it is 100%, try making it lower until it's a size she
likes.

Ed, thanks for the tip, but the scaling didn't change the output. I even had her try changing the scale in "Preview" and that didn't work either. Still looking for an answer...

Well, I suggested that to the user, but that's an extra step, and you know how users can be when they have to change the way they do something. Anyway I'd still like to get to the root of the problem.

Thanks.

Print issues have plagued Entourage for as long as I can remember and there
have been no solutions that seem to work for everyone. You might be able to
use Automator to create a workflow that would automate the process.

Ed, Diane, thanks for the input. I'm closing this post, but if anyone out there has a definitive answer please feel free to chime in.
