font size on receiving end

Hi,

I have one Outlook 2003 user who when he sends an email message from OL2003
in Tahoma 12 pt, it opens at the other end at about Tahoma 10 or maybe 9.
This is not happening with other users I have.

Anyone know what might be causing this?

Perhaps the receiver has set his fonts and ignores the sender's settings.
Tools, options, mail format, fonts: Always Use my fonts.

Strange thing is though, when others send from their outlook to the same
receivers, it doesn't happen. I even standardized the fonts to make sure it
wasn't the typeface.

So - I send tahoma 12 - receivers see it as tahoma 12. He sends tahoma 12
and receivers see it as tahoma 9 or 10. So it seems it has to be some
setting on his end, but I'm stumped as to what.
