font size smaller on some user's computers

I created a report in Access 2002 with .25" margins. The page is nicely
filled by the report.

But for one user (so far), the font is small, and the report only fills
about 3/4 the width of the page. The text is difficult to read. The font
size was not changed in the controls on the report.

Why would this happen?
