Font size

I have a user that has Outlook 2003. As of last night when she creates a new
email the font size of the email is very large even though all the font sizes
I can find say they are Ariel 10 point. If I send an email the recipient
sees the email in 10 point. It is just on her pc that the font size is very
large. Any ideas?

Is she using Word as the editor? Have her check the Zoom factor.

Yup! It was the zoom factor. I don't know how it got changed but I put it
back to 100% and all is well. Thank you for your help.
