Whenever I create a spreadsheet of about 10 lines for example i usually copy it by highlighting and paste it as an image in the body of an email. It used to work fine but now when I paste the spreadsheet image in the body it shows up as a very small image in the email so it is difficult to read what is on the spreadsheet. Any help is appreciated. I am using Entourage for email, not sure if that is relevant.

Thanks,

Hi Serena;

What is relevant is:

The specific update level of Office,
The specific update level of OS X,
Are you simply copying or copying as a picture,
Whether you're using Plain Text or HTML email, and
What else changed on your system around the same time (updates, new
programs, Preferences in Entourage, etc.).

For the record, it most likely isn't an Excel issue, but if necessary your
message can be forwarded to the Entourage group.

Hi Serena;

The first thing I see is that your installation of Office is in need of
updating. Use Help> Check for Updates in order to apply SP2(12.2.0) and the
following 12.2.1 updates. Repair Disk Permissions afterwards then restart
your Mac. That alone may resolve the issue... If not, post a new message in
the Entourage newsgroup with all pertinent details.
