HELP!!!

when i click M-Word to start typing, the font size is
larger than 12 pt. how can i reduce the font size or
change the font size as i need to? it's stuck on about
20-24 pt.

What point size is displayed in the font size box? You say "about 20-24 pt,"
which sounds like your impression of the size rather than an actual size.
What is the View | Zoom ratio set to?
