Using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. One of our clients has a problem with
the Font sizes in her automatic signature changing when she is replying to or
forwarding an email message. She is using Word as her email editor. Her
automatic signature is set to Monotype Corsiva, italic and size 14. When she
replies or forwards email using this signature, the font size automatically
changes to 13.5, rather than 14. When she sends out new mail, the font size
goes out as 14. She has her mail set to use this auto signature on all new
mail and forwards and replies. On rare ocassions, however, the font will
display as 14 pt. when she is reply or forwarding. Any ideas as to why this
is happening? Thanks for any suggestions.
