Font sizes in HTML messages in Entourage.

Hi All,

Simple question: Is it somehow possible to set a zoom level with HTML messages in Entourage?

While editing an HTML message, I'd like to view the message in a large font. I can change the font size to a bigger size, but that affects the actual outgoing message, and I just want the VIEW to be bigger.

It's very basic and of course Outlook does it easily.

Any ideas out there?

Cheers,

Entourage has no zoom features.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.

You can use Command + (plus key) to enlarge font size. To reduce font size,
use Command - (key to the left of the plus key). You'll find these shortcuts
under Edit in the Menu bar. Note: you do not actually use shift to get the
plus key symbol +. You are actually typing Command =.

Be careful. This will actually change font size to the next larger or
smaller pre-defined size. It's not a true zoom and font sizes may not
return to their original size.

Thanks for your replies. Of course I am aware of being able to change the font size, but as Bill mentioned, that'll affect the font size on the receiving end as well.

I have sent a feature request to MS on this. Let's hope they listen!

You might want to try the following. Go to System Preferences (e.g., from
the Apple menu) and select the Universal Access preference. Turn on the Zoom
function. Then cmd-opt-= will zoom in (make all screen contents larger) and
cmd-opt-- (cmd-opt-minus) will zoom out (until you get to normal size for
your screen). These change the appearance on your screen without changing
the actual contents of the message.

Cmd-opt-8 will also turn the Zoom setting on and off.

Hope this helps.
