The use of the mouse scroll wheel operates backwards between IE and Office
applications when using CRTL-MouseWheel to change font sizes.
This applies to increase/decrease font size using the CTRL key and the
scroll wheel.
In IE, to increase font size, the scroll wheel is rotated TOWARDS you. In
Office, the scroll wheel is rotated AWAY from you. Therefore...Office
applications appear to operate backwards from IE for this function.
