font substitution Windows/MacOS X

Morning.

I have an template that should be used on MacOS X and on Windows too. In
MacOS X it uses Helvetica, Monaco and Palatino. IIRC Windows does not be
delivered bundled with Helvetica, Monaco and Palatino, right? But Arial,
Courier New and Times New Roman have different lineskip and different
tracking measures. How can I equal the font behaviour on Windows to
MacOS X for this template?

Or is there a package to install Helvetica, Palatino and Monaco for low
price an Windows?
