font that not change size in browser , how can i do that?

i would like to have s font size that does not change if the user select a
bigger or smaller size font from his browser. how can i do that in
Frontpage?

You really can't, as the browser has control for
"accessibility" purposes so that those with vision
impairments can change the font size to meet their needs.

You could do it by using images.
