Font used into outlook 2007 on a terminalserver

I have a windows 2003 terminalserver and office 2007 installed on it.

My users complains that the used font into outlook is not very freindly. Is
there a option to change the used font on the terminalserver into outlook
2007.

The fonts that you can change via the screen settings is not working into
outlook.
