Font won't print in white (reverse); Acrobat Distiller the culprit

My brochure printed fine until I saved it in Acrobat. Now I'm modifying it
for color laser printing, and for whatever reason, Adobe Garamond Pro won't
reverse print. It will print in black on the blue background. Times New Roman
will reverse out, but AGPro won't.

I deleted the old text box, inserted a new one. Inserted a new JPEG blue
background photo. Sent the photo to the back and the text to the front.
Reinstalled the printer driver. But it won't reverse.

I'm thinking of uninstalling AGPro and reinstalling. Anyone else ever had
this problem?
