When a message is selected in the inbox, the font size changes. On mine, it
becomes much smaller. While I think the change from bold to regular is
helpful, the smaller size definitely is not. How do I change it? Thanks.

Windows XP Pro sp3, Outlook 2007 with NetCentric GTD and QuickFile. Also
Franklin Covey. Tasks Plus.

You probably have some additional Automatic Formatting rules configured for
your view.
View-> Current View-> Customize Current View...-> Automatic Formatting...
