fonts changes to black when data is copied/pasted from excel to PP

Info:
User copies data from Excel 03 to PPT 03, he chooses copy and the once in
PPT goes to Edit .......and chooses paste special as Picture(windows
metafile). Normally it would accept the setting , I know cause I tried it but
no his system it doesnt remember the font color, it only happens when you
paste it as Picture, any other one works. Is there a fix or a bug.......I
tried re-installing but it doesnt fix it, any ideas?
