Fonts Disappeared

Hello

We're running Word, Excel and Publisher XP. The fonts
have disappeared from Word and Publisher, but not Excel.
When we (IT dept) log in as administrator, all the fonts
are there, but when the user logs in, they are gone.

We thought it was a rights issue and gave the user
administrative rights, but this did not work.

Any ideas?
