Fonts for Records Displayed

Hi everyone!

I’m not sure if this question belong in Query or Forms but here we go…

I have TableA, QueryA, and FormA

In TableA there are three checkbox fields… Field1, Field2, and Field3.

QueryA is a Query of TableA.
QueryA is displayed in FormA as a list.

Is it possible to have QueryA display the font as italicized for that record
if Field1 is checked?

Would this be a form issue or a Query issue?

A thousand thanks in advance and happy holidays!!!

When you say a list, what do you mean? A listbox control? A continuous
form? This is definitely a form question, so when you repost to the forms
newsgroup, post with more information.

It's definitely a form issue where you have some formatting
features to work with.

Unfortunately, you did not specify what you mean by "list".
If you mean a List Box control, then, no, you can not do
that.

If you mean that the form is displayed in Continuous or
Datasheet view, then, yes, you can do it by using
Conditional Formatting (Format menu). Select the Expression
Is option, enter the expression [field1] and select the
desired formatting properties.

Note that you will probably want to do that for each text
box in the form's detail section.

Answered elsewhere.
Please do not multi-post. If you feel you must post the same question
to more than one newsgroup (and it's seldom necessary), cross-post by
adding each additional newsgroup in the To Newsgroups: box, separated
by a comma.
This way an answer in one newsgroup will be seen in each of the
others. More readers will see the response and learn, and less time
will be spent on duplicate answers.

It's a great site to visit anyway.
