Fonts in e-mails in Outlook

T

Tedrick

For some reason, the default aerial font in my Outlook e-mails has become
really tiny. I use Word as the default e-mail editor, and although all the
fonts on the incoming e-mails are fine, when I reply or create a new e-mail
the font is really small, even though in the font drop down menu at the top
it says the font is 12 point, and even after I select all the text and try
and change it. I have made no changes to "Headings" or anything like that
and when I edit ordinary Word documents, they are fine. All other font
settings on the computer have not changed and I have no other font problems.
So far, the only way to make the fonts bigger so that I can read them is to
force the font in the e-mail to 18 point. (Outlook is part of Office XP)

Any help gratefully received.

Since you are using Word as the editor, check your zoom settings on replies
and forwards.
