Fonts in Office 2002/2000

I have a combination of Word 2002, Excel 2000, Acess 2000,
Powerpoint 2000, SP3.

I recently did the upgrade to 2000 on Excel, PP and Access.
I have noticed that when I go File, Open and I get the
listed files, they are displayed in a bad version of Arial.

In Word 2002 and my other non MS-apps, they display the way
I want them, in either Tahoma or CG Omega.

What is going on?

BTW, what setting in XP controls the font you use in a
File, Open situation?
