Fonts in Vista+Publisher 2007, XP+Publisher 2003

Hi,

some of our clients use Frutiger LT 57 CN font in their brochures.

When I print a brochure to an HP LJ5550 (PostScript driver) from Vista with
Publisher 2007, the result looks quite different to the result from my
colleague printing the same document to the same HP LJ5550 (PostScript
driver) using WindowsXP and Publisher 2003. The text in Frutiger LT 57 CN
when printed from Vista looks "thinner".

Would anyone be able to offer any ideas as to where the issue could lie
please? Does Vista handle PostScript fonts differently to XP?

Ideas gratefully received!

I printed both from XP and Vista with Publisher's Imagesetter. I realize it
isn't exactly a postscript printer, only emulation, but in my eyes the printout
was identical.
