fonts missing in office programs

Fonts are missing in all office programs. All the fonts are present in the
fonts folder. I am running windows XP Pro and office 2003. They suddenly
disappeared. I tried detect and repair and that didnt work. I looked at the
fonts yesterday and the font showed up on windows after i viewed the
properties of every font. I came in today after the computer rebooted and
all the fonts are missing again. Thanks for your help.

Hi Bach,

In Word check in File=>Print to see if you have
selected a printer driver that supports Truetype fonts.

I didnt think of that, our reciept printer was somehow set to the default.
