Fonts not playing nice

I installed some (very important) fonts using Font Book, but Word Mac
2004 will not display them in the menu. Both of the fonts work fine in
TextEdit; just not Word.

Try deleting the Office font cache. But I don't promise anything; I too
have noticed that some fonts don't show up in Word (including some fonts
that come with Office!!!!). m.

Sounds good and I'm glad I'm not alone . How do I delete the font
cache?

It's here: Home/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/Office Font Cache (11). Be
sure *all* Office apps are quit before you trash it.
