FONTS WORD!

Hi,
i have a problem...
My Boss send me a word´s document, and when i will open
it, i can´t read anything, just because the letters are in
a strange format, like if my word don´t have the font my
boss used. But when i change the size of the letters from
11,5 to 11,0 i can read it normaly.
Why is it happen???
